Who we are
Our website address is: https://justtropicals.info. This website exists as a storage and information resource for us, which visitors to the site are welcome to view. We are hobby growers and do not sell orchids as a business, although we may sell or swap the odd plant or division to make space.

Your name and email address
We do not collect any personal data about you, other than your name and email address if you email us directly. We are happy to delete your name and email address from our address book once we have responded to your email if you ask us to do so.

Embedded content from other websites and Links to other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. Links will open in new tabs and will take you to external websites.

Analytics
Who we share your data with
The statistics programs built in to our hosting account collect certain data so we can see who is looking at the site (or trying to hack it!), where they come from, how they found us, which pages were viewed and for how long and so on. None of the data is personally identifiable and it is not shared with anyone. It will not be seen by anyone other me and my partner in JustTropicals.
Your contact information
If you email us we will have your email address and, presumably, your name, so we can reply to you. We use Thunderbird for mail, which automatically adds email address to the Collected Addressed database in our address book. We will not use it to contact you unless you contact us and require a response. If you would like us to delete your email address from our email address book please email us to request that we do so, otherwise we will forget it’s there as collected addresses is not something we ever look at.
